Teaser Tuesday

• Grab your current read.
• Let the book fall open to a random page.
• Share with us two "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page.
• You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from. That way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
Please avoid spoilers!

American Studies ("The Principles of Oliver Wendell Holmes") by Louis Menand

Kristin Lavransdatter
(Book 1: "The Wreath") by Sigrid Undset

Page 99 - She felt a tender and sympathetic longing for the winter-gaunt cattle in the dark stalls; they would have to wait and endure for many days yet. She missed everyone so - her mother, Ulvhild, who had slept in her arms every night for all these years, little Ramborg.
