Within Temptation
Within Temptation is a Dutch band in the Gothic/symphonic metal genres. Unfortunately, embedding is disabled for their "Frozen" music video, but you can watch it on YouTube here. This particular song is "Dark Wings" from their 2001 Mother Earth album.
